About
An AI operations assistant, in development
Allspice is being built to become an AI Director of Operations for independent multi-unit restaurant groups — one place to ask questions across the systems a group already runs on, and to approve the actions that follow.
Where the product stands
Allspice is in early development. We are in partnership and MVP-definition work with a small group of operators, deciding together which problems the first release should solve. There is no product to buy or sign into yet, and nothing on this site should be read as describing software that is available today.
What we are designing
Independent groups run on a stack that does not talk to itself: point of sale, shift scheduling, reservations, accounts payable, email marketing, the website, distributor ordering. Answering an ordinary question — why was labor high at one location last week — means exporting from several of them and reconciling by hand.
The experience we intend to build is natural-language access to that operational data, with the answer assembled into a single view, and with any action Allspice suggests staged for a person to approve rather than executed on its own. You can read more about the intended flow on the home page.
Who is building it
Allspice AI is a project of Uncomplicated Inc, built in Memphis, Tennessee. This site, myallspice.com, is the product website.
